  • Handmade Craftsmanship: Each item is crafted by hand, which can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the highest quality for your order.

  • Order Processing: After the crafting period, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer a flat rate of £6.99 for standard shipping within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after order processing.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery time for international orders is 10-20 business days after order processing.
